By commissioning me, you agree to these terms
all character rights belong to their respective owners.
I do not take harmful, hateful or gore commission types.
I reserve the right to make adjustments to this form at any time.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission from anyone for any reason.
I hold all rights to my designs & artwork. I retain the rights to distribute my art when I choose.
All commission deadlines listed on my queue are estimated completion times. I work hard to ensure a quality product that's built to last, sometimes it may take longer than expected.
Payment
Must be 18+ years of age to place a commission.
Full payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing Standard commissions (Digital art, string bags, keychains, etc.)
If you are purchasing A fursuit or Fursuit parts, a 30% down payment of the total is required to hold your spot in the queue. This is non refundable.
Payment plans are accepted! to be discussed, and require Full name/signature.
We will not begin work until full payment has been received.
Payment methods include: Ko-Fi, E - Transfer, International bank transfer, or PayPal.
we only accept American Dollars - USD.
Please do not send money unprompted, unless requested.
proof of valid ID must be provided when purchasing Fullsuits and Partials.
Matching legal name is required for shipping.
The cost of shipping a fursuit or partial can vary depending on location. Within Canada and the united states can range from $100 - $500 USD, or more depending on customer preference. You will be given an exact total once your commission is completed. After shipping is paid, the suit will be sent.
Refunds
Please contact me if you need to cancel your commission. I will give a full refund if work has not been started.
If I have started on your piece, I can offer a partial refund. This amount can vary on how much was completed.
Once I send you a completed piece, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Please contact me to make adjustments if needed. I want my customers satisfied with their commissions! Additional charges may apply.
Charge backs are not tolerated. You will be banned from working with me in the future. It is a violation to CosmicJungle & our terms and services.
If you've ordered a physical item, (Badge, Plush, Merchandise, Etc.) Once shipped CosmicJungle is not responsible for loss or damage to your package. Each shipping option can include tracking, please inquire before shipment.
